Welcome to WALS Corp and WALS TMS. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of WALS Corp websites, software, services, communications, and the WALS TMS transportation management software platform.
By accessing or using WALS TMS or interacting with WALS Corp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
WALS Corp provides transportation management software and related services through WALS TMS. The platform may support dispatch operations, shipment management, transportation workflows, customer communication, support communication, account notices, and related operational activities.
Authorized Use
You agree to use WALS TMS only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
Account and User Responsibilities
If you are provided access to WALS TMS, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update information when necessary.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
WALS Corp and WALS TMS may send SMS text messages to users, customers, or authorized contacts who have opted in to receive such messages.
Messages may include account notifications, support communications, shipment or dispatch updates, scheduling notices, service alerts, and other transactional communications related to WALS TMS.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using unrelated services. SMS opt-in consent is specific to WALS Corp and WALS TMS communications and is not transferable.
WALS Corp does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Privacy

Intellectual Property
WALS TMS, including its software, design, features, workflows, content, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by WALS Corp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No Warranties
WALS TMS and related services are provided on an as available basis. WALS Corp does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WALS Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of WALS TMS or related services.
Changes to These Terms
WALS Corp may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
