Purpose of WALS TMS Text Messages

Text messages from WALS Corp / WALS TMS are intended for business and operational communication. They may help transportation teams coordinate freight movement, notify contacts about active loads, request status updates, remind users about documents, or provide support related to WALS TMS activity.

WALS TMS text messages are not intended for unrelated advertising, promotional campaigns, or third-party marketing.

Recipients

Messages may be sent to people or businesses involved in transportation workflows, including drivers, fleet owners, carrier contacts, broker contacts, customer contacts, dispatchers, operations staff, and other authorized users or contacts connected to WALS TMS activity.

Examples of Message Topics

Depending on the freight activity and the recipient’s role, WALS TMS messages may include:

• Dispatch notices and load assignment updates
• Pickup, delivery, ETA, and delay information
• Requests for shipment status or check-in updates
• Proof-of-delivery, document, or photo reminders

Consent and Authorization

WALS Corp / WALS TMS sends SMS messages only where the recipient, customer, employer, dispatcher, or other authorized business representative has provided or confirmed permission for operational text messaging.

Phone numbers may be collected during business onboarding, carrier setup, customer setup, driver setup, load assignment, dispatch coordination, support requests, or other direct business interactions with WALS Corp / WALS TMS.

By providing this mobile number, you agree to receive WALS Corp / WALS TMS text messages related to freight dispatch, load updates, pickup and delivery activity, ETA or delay notices, document reminders, support, and other operational communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Consent records may be stored with the relevant account, user, driver, customer, carrier, contact, or operational record. If a mobile number is replaced or materially changed, WALS Corp / WALS TMS may require consent to be confirmed again before SMS messaging continues.

Opt-Out and Help

Recipients may stop WALS TMS text messages at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request is processed, WALS Corp / WALS TMS will stop sending SMS messages to that number, except for any confirmation or administrative message allowed by applicable rules.

Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. A recipient who wants to resume messages may reply START where supported, or contact their dispatcher, operations contact, or WALS Corp / WALS TMS support.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency depends on dispatch activity, load volume, shipment events, account activity, and support needs. Some recipients may receive messages only occasionally, while others may receive more frequent updates during active freight operations.
